A park spanning Lempira, Copán and Ocotepeque with Cerro Las Minas (2,849 m), the highest point in Honduras; it has more than 30 km of marked trails, including the Sendero Al Cielo, six to eight hours' climb to the summit, according to honduras.com (July 2026).
