Who is behind it
asesordeviaje.com is a project of 2LABS Digital Innovation LLC.
The company is incorporated in Wyoming (United States) and operates in Costa Rica; the «Asesor de Viaje» brand is also one of its products.
What the site covers
An independent, informational travel guide to Central America (Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua): destinations, places, maps, day-by-day routes and practical information, in English and Spanish.
We do not sell trips, handle bookings or charge for any service.
How the guides are made and updated
Every place entry is prepared from official sources and other published sources, such as the websites of parks, museums and tourism bodies, and shows the source and the year it was last reviewed.
It also flags the status of each place: open, closed, restricted or unconfirmed. When something could not be confirmed, the entry says so.
Corrections
If you spot wrong information, write to us. We review every report within 48 hours and update the entry.
Affiliates and ads
Today we have no affiliate agreement with any platform.
We show Google AdSense ads, always labelled "Advertisement" and kept apart from the content. Consent for their cookies is asked with Google's message in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and with our own cookie notice in the rest of the world.
